Eliza Neill serves as the Associate Teaching Kitchen Coordinator where she supports Teaching Kitchen operations, hands-on nutrition education and culinary learning opportunities for students. She is dedicated to creating welcoming, engaging experiences that empower others to develop cooking skills and promote healthy eating and well-being.

Eliza has earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a minor in Public Health from the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ of New England. Throughout her academic and professional experiences, she developed interest in community nutrition, food access, sustainability, and nutrition education. She is particularly interested in the role food plays in building healthier and happier communities and enjoys connecting people with practical skills and resources that support lifelong wellness.
